Mission-Critical Communications is expanding its 5G software engineering team in New Delhi. The team
develops high-performance software platforms that drive RF test and measurement systems used
across the wireless and communication industries
Role Overview
As a Platform Software Developer, you will be responsible for designing and developing the core
software platform that integrates and manages high-end RF test instruments such as signal generators
and spectrum analyzers. You will work closely with global R&D; teams to deliver robust, scalable, and
future-ready solutions for next-generation communication technologies.
🎯 Key Responsibilities
- Design and develop the core software framework for RF test and measurement systems.
- Implement RF measurement procedures and develop software models for hardware modules.
- Build and optimize RF path routing and system calibration algorithms.
- Translate user requirements into architecture, design, and development deliverables.
- Review designs and contribute to scalable, maintainable, and clean code practices.
- Collaborate with R&D; teams in India and abroad, adapting to evolving project needs.
- Own end-to-end testing and delivery of assigned modules and releases.
🌟 Requirments
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or Engineering.
- Strong development experience in Core C# and .NET APIs.
- Hands-on expertise with TDD and unit testing frameworks.
- Sound understanding of software architecture, design patterns, SOLID principles, and clean code.
- Experience with SDLC tools such as Git, Jenkins, IBM RTC, and build pipelines.
- Familiarity with RF concepts and test systems preferred.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills across distributed teams.
- 5+ years of relevant industry experience.
