A global leader in Test & Measurement, Broadcasting, Radio Monitoring/Radiolocation, and Mission-Critical Communications is expanding its 5G engineering team in New Delhi. The team develops next-generation software frameworks that enable advanced 5G protocol testing and validation for wireless communication systems.

Role Overview

As an RRM Software Developer, you will be part of the 5G development team responsible for designing and enhancing the RRM Conformance Framework used in RF and protocol test systems. You’ll collaborate closely with global R&D; teams to ensure feature accuracy, high performance, and reliability across test environments.

📝 Key Responsibilities

• Design and develop the RRM Conformance Framework for 5G test and measurement systems.
• Implement test cases and applications as per 3GPP specifications.
• Develop automation tools to improve validation speed and efficiency.
• Debug, fix, and maintain software modules; handle customer sessions when required.
• Review architecture and propose scalable, future-ready solutions.
• Collaborate with R&D; teams in India, China, and Germany to meet evolving project goals.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Electronics & Communication or Computer Science.
• Strong programming skills in Python.
• In-depth understanding of 5G protocols and wireless communication systems.
• Proven experience building and maintaining complex software systems.
• Sound knowledge of architecture, design patterns, SOLID principles, and clean code practices.
• Experience with tools like Git, IBM RTC, Jira, Jenkins, and build pipelines.
• Independent, proactive working style with excellent communication skills for collaboration across global teams.
• Minimum 5 years of relevant industry experience.
